Peer pressure and shame have led me to create this site as a drive-by dumping area for all things relevant to Lathrop Class of 1967 endeavors. For starters, the 40th reunion photos are a mouse click away. As are the 1967 Cache Senior year photos. Make your own comparisons. Make your own history. I am not responsible for anything. But I am the "administrator" of this site. That means you can trash talk anyone or anything subject to my censorship. I have always been a control freak -- but don't make me use it.

  1. Hello out there!
I wish I had been able to get to the 40th Reunion, it looks like you had a great time. I have been enjoying all of the pictures, they are all great. Aren't we aging gracefully? Age, what age ??
I really want to thank Bob Groseclose for putting this blog and website together, also Kathy and anyone else that helped setup the reunion. Even though I didn't make this one, you won't keep me from the next one!
Hope all is well with everyone.
Look forward to seeing your comments.
Hey, Bob told me that Anita Bickers lives in NC... does anyone have her email or phone number?
    Thanks,
    Sharon

  2. It was with great sadness that I learned of the passing of Mrs. Ruth Scanlon earlier this year. She played a major role in molding all of the females of the 67 class into the persons we would later become.

I always enjoyed her class, although I know I was never one of her favorites, especially with some of the antics I pulled during her class! From giggling to trying to get out of her calisthenics to climbing the bleachers when they were pulled back during class. This is to name just a few. My partner in crime in the latter shall remain nameless, you know who you are!

Let us give tribute to her for a job well done and I'd wish her to know that she will always be fondly remembered as a strict, sometimes gentle, yet always fair teacher. She was a great lady and I mourn our loss.

  3. Thank Bob for getting this done!

Hello all of you from '67 sorry I haven't made any of the reunions for a while, it would have been nice to have seen many of you again. (the others - and you know who you are .... glad we haven't seen each other in a long long time :) )

Still living in Thailand and getting "home" occasionally.

  4. Robert--I have friends, whom I taught with, who moved to Thailand a year ago. They are really enjoying living there. He taught German here and English there. How long have you been there?
